Keeps deploy-checklist.md's DONE list in sync with the actual UI redesign
work per AGENTS.md's "Phase 1 앱 빌드 작업 규칙". Also flags that this
pushed to GitHub main but has not been redeployed to the live
msn.iykyka.com production host, since this session has no access to that
host (deploy runs via scripts/server-up.sh on the iykyka box itself).
Prefer FCM_SERVICE_ACCOUNT_FILE/JSON over legacy FCM_SERVER_KEY,
mount secrets/ into core-backend, and document Master JSON placement.
